Mimi Lacy was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, the eighth of nine children. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Medical Technology, she worked in Clinical Chemistry and as a technical representative for a biomedical company, where she met her future husband Tom.

After graduating from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in 2001, Mimi was the Associate Rector at St. Andrew's Church in Downers Grove, IL. She has been the Rector at St. Timothy's in Greenville, NC for the past eight years.

A Hampton Roads native, Donna has attended Emmanuel since 1969. She has been the Parish Administrator since 2002 and truly loves her job. She is the friendly voice on the phone with a bright smile for everyone who passes by the main office. She is a graduate of Princess Anne High School and attended Longwood College.  She has 2 daughters, Susan and Margie, and 3 grandchildren.

Gale has been Finance Director at Emmanuel since 1987.   She has a bachelor’s degree (ECU) and master’s degree (Virginia Tech) and is a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS).   She loves scrapbooking, cooking, and reading in her limited spare time!   Gale has one daughter Stephanie (who grew up at Emmanuel) and two granddaughters.

A graduate of East Carolina University School of Music, Bobby is our organist, choir master and musical director extraodinaire! He also leads the Emmanuel house band, playing at many Parish Life events. Married to Trish, when away from the keyboards he enjoys working in his gardens and playing with his grandchildren.

Karen has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and she operated a successful Before and After School program for many years. She is a member of Emmanuel Church and has worked for the Day School for three years.  She is a native New Yorker who is married with three children.  Mrs. Kearse enjoys travel, reading and theater.
